The Autumn Adventure
Join us on November 5-6th 2026 for our Autumn Adventure into Living Systems Learning and Leadership.

The Nature Circle invites you on an immersive journey into the Chilterns landscape for a two day experience at Newbarn Farm. Connect with nature through hands-on land-based activities, learn how farmers restore soils, habitats and biodiversity through regenerative practices, and explore living systems thinking to bring new nature-connected approaches into your leadership practice. You’ll learn together with the team and gather in the evening to enjoy food and wine from local organic farms.
You'll leave refreshed, with new inspiration, a deeper connection to your local landscape, and new ways of thinking that expand your leadership practice and help you lead through uncertainty.

Our Fieldtrip will take you on an immersive journey through the landscape to meet one of our leading local conservation teams, get engaged with the restoration work and enjoy a delicious lunch from one of the local farms.
